Refund Policy
Last updated October 27, 2026
If a job fails because of our system, you get the credits back automatically — you do not need to ask. This page explains the rest.
Failed jobs are refunded automatically
Credits are reserved when you submit a job and only kept if the job produces a result. If processing fails, the reservation is reversed within the same request cycle and appears in your credit history as a refund.
Unsatisfactory results
If the output is unusable — for example the text is still visible, or the repaired area is badly distorted — contact us within 7 days with the task id. We review the source and result, and where the fault is ours we refund the credits. We may ask you to run a short test clip first so we can confirm the issue.
Subscription cancellations
Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 10 credits, we will refund that payment in full.
EU and UK consumers
Digital services supplied immediately are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has begun, provided you gave explicit consent and acknowledged losing that right. We ask for that consent at checkout. If you have not run any job, you can still withdraw within 14 days and receive a full refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. We cannot refund to a different card. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved.
