How minutes are counted
Only video length matters, not how many files you upload. One minute of video costs one minute of your balance, rounded up — a 40-second clip uses 1 minute, a 9-minute clip uses 9. Pro erase reconstructs finer detail and uses eight times as much. The editor shows the exact cost before you press start.
What happens when a job fails
Reserved minutes are returned the moment a job fails, without you asking. If the result is unusable for a reason we are responsible for, contact us within 7 days and we refund the job. See the refund policy.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Subscription minutes refresh at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Annual plans grant all twelve months upfront, so you can run a large batch on day one. Minute packs never expire.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Cancel any time from the billing portal — you keep access and the remaining minutes until the period ends. Upgrades apply immediately and the unused balance of your current plan is prorated by Stripe.
